Edna Restauro Briones, born April 5, 1961, in San Francisco, California. Left us for Paradise on January 1, 2021. Loving daughter to Vivencio and Zenaida Restauro, sister to Edward Restauro and Editha Restauro-Harrison (Richard), preceded in death by sisters Elizabeth Restauro and Elaine Restauro-Guerzon, loving and devoted wife of Eugene Briones, loving and proud mother to her four children, Jazlyn Guillermo (Alvin), Jazmin Ballesteros (Ian), Eugene Briones, Jr., and Cherie Briones, awesome grandmother (“Nana”) to her seven grandchildren, Kalani Guillermo, Jovani Guillermo, Alexander Guillermo, Matthew Ballesteros, Andrew Ballesteros, Teilana Carr, and Mekhi Johnson, doting great-grandmother to Kamila Marie Joseph, amazing auntie to several nieces and nephews. Also survived by several aunties, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and her beloved fur babies. All of whom she loved and touched dearly. Edna was proud of her big family. She was very creative, loved and was great at making party favors and invitations which she is known for. She is also known for her great cooking. If you were at her house at 5pm, you were staying as she was getting ready to feed you dinner too. She made sure everyone was well fed and even gave us food to take home. If you know her, you’ve probably eaten the food she cooked. She would make her famous shrimp chowder and macaroni chicken salad. Edna loved Christmas, putting up Christmas decorations, and even had a nutcracker collection she was proud of.
