Mildred Elaine Hill, 76, peacefully entered into rest early Sunday morning, March 7, 2010, surrounded by her loving husband, her four children and their spouses.
She was born October 23, 1933 in Waycross, Georgia. It was in Waycross that she met and married Eddie Hill, her devoted husband of 56 years. Their union produced four children; Eddie Jr., Michael, David, and Cheryl, as well as seven wonderful grandchildren.
Mildred always put the needs and comfort of others before her own, a trait that suited her perfectly in her 20 year career in the field of nursing.
A perfect wife, a loving mother, and a devoted friend, earthly words will never be able to adequately describe the depth of her love nor the loving kindness she bestowed upon her family and friends.
Our hearts, though sadden by her passing, rejoice in the knowledge that God has prepared a new home for her, where she will remain in perfect peace until we see her again.

A private memorial service was held on March 9, 2010 at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home. The family asks in lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
